Raul grew up in Eastern Washington and attended Seattle University where he graduated
with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to Quixote Village, Raul was a Probation Officer with the State of Washington and most recently with the United States District Court in Seattle, Washington, for approximately 16 years. Raul has resided in Western Washington since 1992. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Jaycie was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest in Port Angeles, Washington. She earned both her degrees (BA in Social Work and Masters in Public Administration) at the Evergreen State College here in Olympia. Prior to QV, Jaycie worked for Residential and Dining Services at the Evergreen State College for six years, most recently as the Program Support Supervisor. Jaycie meets with residents on a monthly basis and helps them navigate different resources in the community. She works with residents on a range of topics such as education, employment, mental and physical health, benefits, transportation, and housing. In her spare time she enjoys going to shows of all types of music, reading mystery thrillers, and spending time with her friends, family, and cat Ralph.
